(Made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This review application is filed to review the judgment of this Court in WA No.1065 of 2017 dated 21.11.2017.

2. By way of a common judgment dated 21.11.2017, WA No.1065 of 2017 and connected appeals were allowed by this Court. Seeking to review the judgment on the ground that there is an error apparent on the face of it, the present review application is filed.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the review petitioner submitted that the respondent is no more and therefore, he is not pressing this review application.

4. Recording the statement of learned Special Government Pleader, the review application is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.
