Mr. C.Kasirajan, learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of the learned counsel for both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Against the order passed by the authorities concerned, the petitioner was dismissed from service. Therefore, the petitioner has filed a revision petition on 29.05.2012. Thereafter, a reminder was also sent by the petitioner, on 31.07.2015, seeking revision of the said dismissal. Since no final order has been passed, the petitioner has come forward to file writ petition.

3. This Court, by taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner and in the light of the above facts and circumstances, directs the respondent to consider the Revision Petition, dated 29.05.2012 as well as the reminder letter, dated 31.07.2015, and pass appropriate orders on them, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
