The prayer in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to register a complaint lodged by the petitioner during September 2014 in which he has alleged that the 3rd and 4th respondents had fabricated certain documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is called today, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that no such complaint has been received by them.

3. However, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to make fresh application to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall conduct preliminary inquiry after giving due opportunity to the respondents 3 and 4 herein, as well as the petitioner and take appropriate action thereon. With the above observations and direction, this writ petition has been disposed of. No costs.
