O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, made a submission that in compliance of the orders of this Court, survey was conducted by the Authorities on 02.12.2023 and the report was served on the petitioner. The photographs to that effect have been placed before this Court. Thus the respondent has not committed any contempt willfully. Consequently, the present Contempt Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
