(CRIME NO. 98/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend of time for executing the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.3718 of 2021 dated 22/03/2021 by a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and/ or pass any other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.PADMANABHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 22.03.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions. All other conditions remain unaltered.
