Petitioner is the Vice President of a Village Panchayat. His grievance against the fourth respondent, President of the Village Panchayat, is, misappropriation of Panchayat funds. A complaint in this regard was given to the second respondent and the second respondent issued notices of enquiry, but the fourth respondent refused to appear in spite of more than two notices. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court, by way of this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In the light of the fact the Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage, the merits of the allegations are not gone into, and the same are left open to be taken note of by the authorities concerned. Since the second respondent has already initiated action and issued notices to the fourth respondent, the second respondent is directed to conclude the proceedings already initiaited against the fourth respondent in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already concluded.

3. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
