It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the police have not received the complaint dated 3.1.2015 alleged to have been sent by the petitioner. 2. Recording the above statement, the petition is disposed of. The petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint dated 3.1.2015 to the third respondent. The Third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).
