ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.12768 of 2018 dated 01.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to re-agitate the same, subject to final out come of W.A.Nos.1722 & 1723 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.
