The present application has been filed to withdraw the GWOP.No.319 of 2024 pending on the file of Principal District Court, Tiruvallur and transfer the same to the file of this Court to be tried along with the above captioned O.P.

2.In spite of service of notice on the respondent, the respondent had neither entered appearance through her counsel nor present before this Court. 3.A Memo had also been filed before the Principal District Court, Tiruvallur, where G.W.O.P.No.319 of 2024 is pending and is sought to be transferred to the file of this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Hence, it is apparent that the respondent would also be aware of the pendency of the application before this Court.

4.In view of the same, the G.W.O.P.No.319 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruvallur and transferred this Court.
