Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2019 in the light of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.998 of 2017 and etc order dated 15.11.2019 (25.11.2019) and direct the respondents 1 to 5 to prepare the revised seniority list of Revenue Assistant in Erode District, fixing the seniority of the Revenue Assistant based on the marks they secured in CSSE-I Examination - 2009-2011 conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission and promote the petitioners to the post of the Deputy Tahsildar with all consequential service and monetary benefits from the date of 15.09.2018.

ORDER

The petitioners have sent a representation for re-fixing the seniority on 13.12.2019 with the respondents. However, the aforesaid representation has not evoked any response from the respondents.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue is now covered by the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in K.Raja & others Vs. Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Highways and Minor Parts Department & others reported in 2019 (6) CTC 750.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 4.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2019 and will pass appropriate orders. Recording the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 13.12.2019 of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits, in accordance with law.

5.This Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
