Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellants. Even on the last occasion, on 06.07.2017, when the matter was posted and called, there was no representation for the appellants. Further, on 28.04.2017, it was represented that 2nd appellant and 1st respondent died, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

however, no steps have been taken so far to bring the Legal Representatives on record. It seems that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
