ORDER

(Made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) The review application is filed to review the judgment of this Court in WA No.1081 of 2017 in 21.11.2017.

2. By way of a common judgment dated 21.11.2017, WA No.1081 of 2017 and connected appeals were allowed by this Court. Seeking to review the judgment on the ground that there is an error apparent on the face of it, the present review application is filed.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the review petitioner submitted that the respondent has retired from service and therefore, the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the statement of learned Special Government Pleader, the review application is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
