This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct proper investigation and file final report in the above crime No.103 of 2024 in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the

respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.103 of 2024, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tambaram on 25.03.2024.
