O R D E R

It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the property situated in New Survey No.153/21 and Survey No.153/21-B pursuant to a Deed of Settlement dated 19.11.2008. Seeking to survey and measure the above said land, the petitioner made a representation enclosing requisite fee to the respondent no.2. On its non-consideration, the petitioner made a representation on 22.04.2015 to the respondent no.1. In the said representation the petitioner has asked for appropriate direction to survey and measure the land. As no action has been taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 22.04.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to dispose of the same by looking into the grievance of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and take appropriate action within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, either by the respondent no.1 himself or by directing the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action.
