2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that instead of Sub-Court, Ponneri, it is mistakenly mentioned as Family Court, Tiruvallur and the petitioner/wife is residing at Ponneri.

3. In such circumstances, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
