O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petititoner against the third respondent-College, seeking return of the fees paid by the petitioner. While joining B.E., since the petitioner got admission for B.Sc., Agriculture, the petitioner joined in the Agricultural College and therefore, sought for the prayer against the Engineering College to return the fees.

2.When the matter is called today, Mr.Jothimanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mrs.B.Saraswathi, learned counsel appearing for the Private Engineering College, would submit that the fees had been returned to the petitioner. Since the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been complied with, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
