It is the case of the petitioner that the private respondents are disturbing the peaceful conduct of the temple festival and therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 10.08.2015 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondent nos.1, 4 & 5. On its non-consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a direction may be issued to the respondent no.3 to convene a Peace Committee meeting only for the peaceful conduct of the temple festival.
3.Considering the submissions, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to convene a Peace Committee Meeting by calling both the groups of the petitioner as well as the respondent nos.6 to 8 and make an endeavour to resolve the dispute so as to enable the general public to have the festival. The said exercise will have to be made on or before 04.09.2015. It is made clear that this order is passed without going into the merits of the case and therefore, the same cannot be construed as having any bearing on the interse rights of the parties.
