Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 29.01.2024 passed in W.P.No.1627 of 2024.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents filed a status report, wherein, it is stated that the road in question was surveyed and found that the road in S.No.2/1A1C1A and 2/4A1 of Sholinganallur Village, as per the revenue records, is a private patta land belonging to one Arjuna Gokuldoss and M/s. Adhiram Properties Private Limited respectively.

2. According to learned Standing Counsel, de-occupation notice has been served on the private parties and subsequently, it appears that the private parties have preferred appeals. He submits that if there is no other impediment, the respondents will proceed with further course of action.
