In the said representation, the petitioners have stated that permission is required to be given for seven days by appointing them as hereditary Kattalaidharars and temporary trustees. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the suit in O.S.No.267 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, Mettur filed by one Vengadam has been dismissed as withdrawn, therefore, there is no difficulty in considering the request of the petitioners.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the request made by the petitioners will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within two days.

4.Considering the submissions and without going into the merits of the case, direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to consider the representation dated 22.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders within two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
