ORDER

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 201 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the deceased 2nd respondent by name Rajamanickam in the above second appeal.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition to condone the delay of 201 days is allowed and the delay of 201 days is condoned.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
