This petition has been filed to restore the second appeal which was dismissed for default on 05.07.2021.

2. The reason given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition is that due to connectivity issue, learned Government Advocate for the Appellants could not address this Court on 05.07.2021, when the matter was listed under the caption for dismissal.

3. The reason given by the Appellants is satisfactory. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for and this second appeal is restored to file.

4. Registry is directed to list the second appeal for hearing on 08.09.2021.
