ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent Police not to harass the petitioners and his family members in connection with the repeated false complaint of one M.Santhasunadari, daughter of R.Chellamuthu. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that on the complaint of one M.Santhasunadari, daughter of R.Chellamuthu, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed

by the 2nd respondent Police.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
