The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 08.09.2023 made in W.P.No.26242 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st Respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the petitioner has received her dues. The said submission has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
