This petition is filed to condone the delay of 586 days in filing the above restoration petition passed by this Court in C.M.P.No.11896 of in C.M.A.SR.52419 of 2016.

2.Though the respondents 1 to 4 appeared through counsel, there is no representation for them. The notice sent to the 5th respondent returned with an endorsement, 'refused'.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 586 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account No.10156284387, State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Chennai, IFSC Code SBIN000758, Contact person:

Mr.B.M.Sridhar, Mobile No.9282112830], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
