The present petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.150 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police to CBI, Villupuram.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions would contend that the investigation in Crime No. 150 of 2009 is already concluded and a final report has been filed in PRC. No.7 of 2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulundurpet.
