O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent/Police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.07.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has opened an account in the Karur Vysya bank by producing certain documents and subsequently, she has closed the said account and thereafter the proposed accused persons have taken the aforesaid documents and opened an account in another bank and obtained loan and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 17.07.2018, but so far no action has been taken on the said complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the complaint is still pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry. If the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has to register a case and proceed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in accordance with law.
