ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in I.A.No.693 of 2012 in O.S.No.463 of 1996 dated 19.06.2023 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court at Kanchipuram.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that the impugned order passed by the Principal District Munsif Court at Kanchipuram in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in I.A.No.693/2012 in O.S.No.463/1996 dated 19.06.2023 was earlier challenged before this Court in C.R.P.No.4489 of 2023 by one Parameswaran who is a party to the proceedings and the same was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 07.12.2023. Suppressing the same, the present civil revision petition is filed by the revision petitioner.

3. In view of the fact that the impugned order under challenge has already been dismissed by this Court in C.R.P.No.4489 of 2023 vide order dated 07.12.2023, no further adjudication is necessary in the present Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

No costs.
