A.No.2068 of 2020 has been filed to grant leave to receive the evidence as Exhibits P-13 the print out of the original email dated 17.08.2019.

2. Heard both side.

3. Having regard to the nature of the allegations raised in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is of the view that mere filing of the documents will not prove the case of the plaintiff, the filing of documents and its proof and relevancy is a different and distinct act and it has to be tested by this Court at the time of trial and final disposal. Therefore, mere filing the documents will not prejudice the rights of the defendants. Hence this application is allowed, subject to proof and relevancy and also subject to the objections, if any, made by the other side and the same shall be decided at the time of final disposal of the suit. http://www.judis.nic.in

4. In so far as OA.No.843 of 2019 is concerned already undertaking was given by the respondent that he would not make such defamatory statements against the applicant and the same was recorded and closed by this Court vide order dated 06.12.2019.

5. Post the matter before the learned Master on 04.01.2020, for continuation of recording of evidence.
