ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.10.2015.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it has been stated by the petitioner that the petitioner has lodged a complaint with the respondents-police as against one Ravindran on the allegation of job rocketing. It is the specific allegation by the petitioner that the said Ravindran received Rs.12 lakhs under the guise of securing job for the petitioner; but, subsequently, he misappropriated the said money, without securing any job for the petitioner. Though the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondents-Police on 26.10.2015, no action was taken by the respondents-Police on the basis of the petitioner's complaint. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition before this Court.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the present complaint of the petitioner has been received by the 2nd respondent-Police in CSR.No.437 of 2015.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent-Police to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.10.2015, in CSR.No.437 of 2015, and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
