(Crime No.1261 of 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (b) imposed on 09/04/2021 in the bail application in Crime no. 1261/2020 that the petitioner/accused should sign before the respondent police station every day morning 10.30a.m., and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.BALU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH,Government Advocate (Crl.side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4958 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 417 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.1261 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
