The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C. And Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act r/w.Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, seek a direction to the learned First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Cr.No. 226 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, there shall be a direction to the learned First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
