CRIME NO.18/2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition "(c)" imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall report before the Alanthurai Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.5324 of 2022 dated 22.03.2022 by Hon'ble High Court, Madras.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.J.ANITHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.5324 of 2022 on 22.03.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
