ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 13.02.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.332 of 2025, thereby directed the respondents to take appropriate action as against the accused persons and to restore the subject property in favour of the petitioner and to complete the investigation in FIR in Crime Nos.51 & 52 of 2025 and file final report within a period of two weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime Nos.51 & 52 of 2025 and filed final reports and the same have been taken cognizance in C.C.Nos.25 & 28 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vikkravandi.
