This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 15.05.2020 passed in W.P.No.7649 of 2020.

2. Today, when this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court dated 15.05.2020 passed in W.P.No.7649 of 2020 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in e/f/vz;/1668-2020 jp2, dated 29.07.2021 issued by the Block Development Officer, Ayothiyapattinam, to that effect. 3.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
