Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders before the respondent police as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.5560 of 2021 dated 17.06.2021 in the Crime No.15 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5560 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.15 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and thereafter, shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing. -sd/- 20/07/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
