ORDER

This petitioner has been filed to modify and relax the condition in para No.3 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3421 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.30298 of 2024 dated 27.02.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30298 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 and subsequently modified on 09.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.168 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30298 of 2024 and also subsequently modified on 27.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.3421 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30298 of 2024 is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall
