The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to produce the written statement, dated 31.08.2015, given by Mr.Suman and Mrs.Rekha @ Padma along with C.D. files before this Court by fixing a time frame.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint has been lodged by the husband as against his wife. The said complaint has been assigned C.S.R.No.66 of 2015 and the same has also been closed after enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition and the petition is closed.
