ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to file a final report in connection with the case in Crime No.293 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent Police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the Crime No.293 of 2019 on 07.07.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam and the same is not yet numbered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
