The petitioner is a Matriculation Higher Secondary School seeking renewal of the Certificate of Recognition. The petitioner made several representations right from 28.03.2014 onwards. The last of such representation was made on 28.04.2015. As the representations have not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner.
