Prayer in both CrlOPs:- Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that in connection with the incident that had taken place recently, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.595 of 2016, in which, investigation is in progress and the involvement of petitioners is suspected.

4. Under such circumstances, no blanket order of 'not to harass' can be passed in the light of the order passed by this Court in Dorand and Others Vs. the Superintendent of Polcie, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District and another in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1727 of 2016 decided on 01.02.2016.

In view of the above, the criminal original petitions are closed.
