O R D E R

It is represented that during the pendency of the writ petition an enquiry was conducted against the petitioner. She was not found guilty of the allegations which form the basis of placing her under suspension. Therefore, she was reinstated in service on 18.06.2012.

2. In view of the subsequent development, the main issue raised in the writ petition does not survive for any further consideration before this Court. Therefore, the writ petition is closed. In case, the petitioner has any grievance in regard to the allowances during the period of suspension, it is open to her to make proper representation to the authority concerned and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same shall be considered and appropriate orders may be passed by the competent authority as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
