ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 05.02.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.
2.Heard Mr.C.Kasirajan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the 4 th respondent.
3.The online application submitted by the petitioner was acted upon and an attempt was made to survey the property. However, it was obstructed by the th respondent. Hence, a complaint was given before the 5 th respondent which was enquired in CSR No.256 of 2025. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4/6 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and particularly, considering the Sale Deeds that have been registered in favour of the petitioner in the year 1995 and the patta that has been issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.69, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 05.02.2025 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title deeds and the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner. If there is any law and order problem, the 1 st respondent can seek the police protection from the 4 th respondent and the same shall be provided. This process shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
