ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The encroachment is alleged by the petitioner in old survey No.3/22 and new survey No. 3/3 Pond (Kuttai) in the village accounts of Chinna Sekkadu.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the report has been forwarded to the Corporation on 22.07.2023 and it is for the Corporation to take steps.
3. The learned counsel for the Corporation submits that the Corporation will take steps in accordance with law.
4. In view of the aforesaid statement, the Corporation may take
steps in accordance with law and also by adhering to the principles of natural justice and giving notice to the alleged encroachers, if any.
