This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to permit the petitioner to implead the petitioner/proposed respondent-4, as 4th respondent in the Crl.R.C. No.296/2023 and Crl.M.P. No.2405/2023 & Crl.M.P. No.2406/2023.

2. Mr. J. Subbiah, learned Government Advocate, appearing on on behalf of the 2nd respondent, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the present petition is allowed.
