The instant writ petition has been filed for payment of difference in Gratuity and Medical Leave Salary to the petitioners.

2. In this connection, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has also relied on the juddgment of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.14520 of 2020, dated 21.03.2023 (A.Balasubramanian vs. State Express Transport Corporation (Tamil Nadu) Limited, Rep. by its Managing Director). It is the further submission of the petitioners that in this regard they have already given a representation dated 03.04.2025 before the respondent.

3. Mr.R.Balaji, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent though objects the contention of the petitioners, would fairly admits still the representation of the petitioners is pending before them. 2/4

4. Heard both the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the factual position, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the above representation dated 03.04.2025 on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
