Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 10.08.2020 in Na.Ka.No.6022020 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to grant 2 months time to remove the cat fish in the above said pond located in Thimmakuthu Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District. When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e., 09.06.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
