ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2011 to the 3rd respondent police for further investigation and file a final report within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. I heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent reported that the order of conviction under section 306 of IPC was passed by the learned Mahila Court, Tiruppur, dated 10.06.2014 against the petitioner who is an accused before the Trial Court.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous.
