(CRIME NO. 33 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute the order granting Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3183/2022 by this Hon'ble Court in Crime No. 33/2019 on the file of the respondent police and pass other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JOHN SATHYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 15.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3183 of 2022 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai and on such payment the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 24.06.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
