The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records relating to the sanction order No.4/07 dated 23.03.2007 issued by the first respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was listed on 27.06.2018. Even then, on that day also none appeared for the petitioner and to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the Registry was directed to list this petition under the caption 'for dismissal' on 27.06.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner, inspite of the matter being listed under the same caption 'for dismissal'. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
