The petitioner made a representation on 01.01.2015 seeking to consider the request for shifting the Bus Stand to its original place. On its non-consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to provide a copy of the representation within two weeks enclosing a copy of this order.
